From Full-Suite Inbound Agency to HubSpot-Focused Gurus

Keller Hawthorne, our CEO and Chief HubSpot Nerd, has spent the last 20 years in digital marketing, wearing many hats... e-commerce store owner, blogger, web developer, SEO strategist, and more.

Her journey with HubSpot began over a decade ago when she worked for an Intel-GE joint venture. She was tasked with migrating a sales team off of Salesforce and a marketing team off of Marketo and onto the HubSpot platform. That project sparked her passion for all things CRM, and in 2018, she launched L7 Mixed Media.

Initially a full-service inbound agency of 3, we quickly realized that HubSpot was where we delivered the most value, how we could actually guarantee results, and where we were the happiest. By 2020, we were supporting other higher-tiered partner agencies as a white-label partner, and one of them ultimately acquired L7, bringing Keller in to build and lead their HubSpot department. After two years of developing processes, training teams, and scaling the department into a profitable division, the company started discussing doing the same thing with Salesforce. That’s when Keller knew it was time to get back to her own agency.

In 2022, Keller relaunched L7 Mixed Media, initially as a solo consultant. But within months, demand grew, and she had to decide whether to turn business away or build a team. She chose the latter.

Today, L7 is a specialized HubSpot agency, and we don’t just dabble in the platform - it’s all we do. Our team of four is made up of trusted experts that Keller has personally worked with for years, and together, we help companies get the most out of HubSpot.
